The design of the outdoor areas made a significant contribution to receiving the most notable prize for sustainable construction. DGNB platinum and diamond had never before been awarded in the history of the DGNB. The intensive design of the outdoor spaces creates a unique park landscape around the new employee offices. Outdoor spaces of the highest level, closely coordinated with the building functions, were created, which are the face and hallmark of the new ensemble.
