In collaboration with Ten Arquitectos, the mixed-use development of One Ocean at the heart of Miami Beach was designed to capture the essence of Miami. Tall coconut palms and native shade trees accentuate mounding landforms in the main plaza, which were created to direct movement and to connect the private realm with the public realm. Private terrace gardens and a generous pool deck provide a respite from the lively Ocean Drive, while providing an exclusive view out over the ocean.
