Located in the heavily populated and highly traveled financial district of South Sao Paulo, Marginal is an 11-acre residential complex which hopes to transform the setting of the busy and fast moving Brazilian city. The Parque Global complex consists of 5 high end residential towers focused around a central lawn, overlooking the scenic, natural forest and Pinheiros River. This tropical oasis offers its residence a wide variety of activities such as a grand infinity pool, spa, private gardens, walking paths and several recreational areas. Marginal’s designers, a collaborative group of international professionals, worked together to not only create an innovative residential community, but also to promote and bring out the natural beauty of the region.

Aiming to transform the area along the Pinheiros riverfront, the second phase for this large master plan is a mixed-use complex comprised of three office towers, a luxury hotel and residential tower. Associated amenities including theaters, parks, plazas, exclusive restaurants and cafes make this complex vibrant and full of life. These components will take place among carefully-crafted gardens that support each space’s users and functions. The central office plaza is the heart of the project; this urban space provides the opportunity for city life, nature and art to meet harmoniously. An additional park with children’s play structures and open spaces allow for a variety of activities for residences. Deliberate placement of trees, understory and canopy creates the perfect microclimate, allowing each area to be used throughout the year.
